MSU PRSSA Mentor Program

Program Summary

The goal of the MSU PRSSA Mentor Program is to provide valuable connections within the public relations industry. For mentors, this means connecting with MSU PRSSA’s current members, who will be entering the work force soon as young public relations professionals. For younger PRSSA members, this means having a professional resource to help guide their college choices and help them determine if public relations is the field they would like to pursue. For older PRSSA members, this means beginning to network with the public relations professionals, and becoming familiar with the local industry.

We believe that ensuring our members are connected with professionals in their field of interest will allow for a successful program. We plan to match our members with mentors that have similar public relations-related interests, such as specific sectors or companies.

Want to become involved in the MSU PRSSA mentor program?

We ask that all interested professionals send a short summary of past public relations experience and/or a resume to Becky Cunningham.
